Meditation

Meditation comes in many forms.

The way I most commonly use it with clients is to help them reinforce a connection with themselves.

 

As you are more practiced at tuning into your body's natural wisdom and language, you take a big step towards being fully who you are.

In addition, being able to connect with your body helps alleviate anxiety, as you are giving less energy to the cycle of thoughts and more to the deep wisdom contained in your body.
